ABOUT THE JOB
Position: Line Cook
Terms of Employment: Part-time or Full-Time . Candidates must be flexible and have the ability to work variable shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends.
Job Duties:

Prepare and cook full course meals

Make adjustments as necessary for patrons with allergies, intolerance or social diets

Ensure quality of food is top notch and consistent

Follow all recipe and presentation specifications

Work with specialized cooking equipment safely and efficiently

Ensure that kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet cleaning standards

Clean and maintain station with good safety and sanitation

Open to learning and developing culinary skills
Requirements:
-
Minimum 3 years of culinary experience in a restaurant required

Must be able to commute to SE Calgary

Strong work ethic
-
Ability to communicate well with back of house and front of house staff

Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant is required
