We’re hiring a Production Lead to directly support the Production Supervisor in running daily trimming and production operations. This is a hands-on role that also helps guide the team and keep the floor running smoothly.
- Support the Production Supervisor with daily trimming, packaging, and sampling
- Lead and participate in trimming while maintaining quality standards
- Weigh product and record accurate batch data
- Help monitor team performance and provide guidance to staff
- Oversee cleaning and sanitization of tools and work areas
- Report quality issues, equipment problems, or process concerns
- Step in to help manage operations when the Supervisor is offsite
- Experience supporting or leading a team
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable tracking data and maintaining records
- Cannabis or horticulture experience is an asset
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
