Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and the ability to handle vehicles responsibly.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, using appropriate cleaning products and techniques.
- Vacuum, shampoo, and steam clean upholstery and carpets to ensure a spotless finish.
- Wash, wax, and polish vehicle exteriors to enhance appearance and protect paint surfaces.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to ensure clarity and visibility.
- Safely move and park vehicles as required (valid driver’s license required).
- Inspect vehicles for any damage or issues that may need attention before delivery to customers.
- Handle cash and process customer payments accurately when required.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the detailing process.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment used in detailing services.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong cleaning skills with excellent attention to detail in every aspect of vehicle care.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Basic cash handling and payment processing skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of various cleaning products and techniques suitable for different vehicle materials.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
