About the Role
As a Warehouse Lead at GOFO, you'll be the driving force on our warehouse floor — leading a team through the full flow of receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch. It's a hands-on, fast-paced role where you set the standard for quality and safety, coach your associates, and solve problems in real time. If you enjoy building and improving operations from the ground up in a start-up environment, this is a role where your leadership directly shapes how well we deliver for our customers.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch.
- Manage and train warehouse associates to ensure high performance, safety, and compliance.
- Monitor KPIs such as fulfillment accuracy, on-time dispatch, and productivity.
- Assist with warehouse layout setup, process design, and equipment configuration.
- Coordinate with HQ teams and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth flow of goods and information.
- Implement safety protocols and lead regular safety checks and compliance reviews.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and provide real-time solutions.
- Maintain clear, organized operational records and reports.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (required) to communicate effectively with bilingual teams and management.
- Strong understanding of warehouse SOPs, inventory flow, and team supervision.
- Able to lead a team, delegate tasks, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable in a hands-on, start-up warehouse environment and willing to do physical, on-the-floor work.
- Available for shift-based scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with WMS or inventory tracking systems is an asset.
