The Role: Budtender
Budtenders are the heartbeat of Coast Range. You’ll be the first friendly face customers see, guiding them through our carefully curated menu, answering questions, and helping them discover new favourites. Whether it’s recommending a terp-heavy craft strain, explaining edibles to a first-timer, or making someone’s day with great service, you’ll be the reason they keep coming back.
We’re looking for energetic, curious, and people-loving individuals who are excited to learn and share knowledge in a fast-paced retail environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- A customer-service superstar with recent sales or retail experience.
- Energetic, approachable, and a strong communicator.
- Passionate about learning (and teaching) cannabis knowledge.
- Physically able to lift up to 15 lbs, stand for long periods, and reach/bend as needed.
- 19+ only (no minors).
Bonus points if you have:
- Previous retail or POS system experience.
- Cannabis knowledge (or better yet, industry experience).
- A knack for turning complicated info into clear, fun conversations.

- High School Diploma
- Completion of BC’s “Selling It Right” certification before starting.

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 BC Driver's License (N license is not applicable) (preferred)
