Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and experienced line cooks to join our culinary team during our busiest season.
We are open 7 days a week, 11AM-10PM, with breakfast on Saturdays & Sundays running 9AM-2PM.
Offering traditional clubhouse items, we are also a full time event venue, including weddings. A great first place to learn for culinary students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items accurately, following established recipes and plating standards.
- Execute opening, closing, and daily prep duties efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace at all times.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Adhere to strict food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
- Food Handler Certificate
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with standard commercial kitchen equipment.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to sudden fluctuations in volume.
- Reliable transportation
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
