Description of Duties
- Provide initial communication with clients
- Empathize, understand, and provide scheduled solutions to clients
- Effectively qualify/close leads and manage the schedules
- Attending team meetings and proactively identifying solutions to support ongoing projects related to streamlining efficiency
- Maintaining, tracking, and reporting client communications
- Enhancing professional growth through coaching, courses, and team meetings
- Supporting and maintaining healthy, happy work environments and company culture
Skill Set & Experience
- Competency in MacOS, Microsoft Suite, Google Drive.
- Competency in CRM systems: JobTread.
- Customer service experience
Compensation
- Competitive salary 32,000 - 45,000
- Two weeks of vacation per year
