About the Client and Role
We are on the hunt for a Recruiter for a 3-6 month Contract for a work from home position supporting recruitment at a busy operating mine. Pay is $50/hr.
Main Accountabilities:
- Recruit personnel for key full-time positions at the Mine Site.
- Assist with onboarding as needed
- Collaborate with managers, coordinate interviews, prepare offers and decline letters.
- Other related duties as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Recruitment capacity
- A University degree or College diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent required; achievement of or working towards a suitable HR certificate is considered an asset.
- Experience with SuccessFactors, or similar HR software program preferred.
- Ability to develop and maintain solid work relationships with staff and management is required.
- Excellent communication and strategic problem-solving skills are a must.
