Location: Long Branch, Etobicoke
Position: Part-time or Full-time
We’re looking for a warm, friendly, and dependable Server to join the 850 Degrees family at our Long Branch location.
For us, great service is about more than taking orders—it’s about making people feel welcome. Whether someone is joining us for a quick meal, a family dinner, or a night out with friends, we want every guest to leave happy and excited to return.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with a smile and help them feel at home
- Learn our menu and confidently answer questions
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve meals and beverages in a friendly and timely manner
- Check in with guests to ensure they’re having a great experience
- Communicate allergies and dietary needs clearly to the kitchen
- Process bills and payments accurately
- Keep tables and service areas clean, organized, and ready for guests
- Help with opening, closing, and everyday restaurant duties
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and management teams
- Handle concerns with kindness and ask a manager for support when needed
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You
- Have at least two years of serving experience in a busy, fast-paced restaurant
- Genuinely enjoy meeting and helping people
- Bring a positive attitude to every shift
- Are dependable, punctual, and ready to work as part of a team
- Communicate clearly and respectfully
- Can stay calm, organized, and attentive during busy service
- Are available for some evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Can comfortably stand for extended periods and carry food and drink trays
- Hold a valid Smart Serve certificate
