Ever After Homes is an award-winning custom home builder and renovation company serving Southern Ontario. We specialize in luxury custom homes, major renovations, and additions. Through Ever After Group, we are also expanding into commercial design-build and property development.

About the Role
As our Client Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You will educate, guide, and build trust while helping homeowners understand our process and determine whether Ever After is the right fit for their project.
You will qualify opportunities, coordinate consultations, manage the sales pipeline, support educational events, develop referral relationships, and work closely with company leadership to convert qualified opportunities into successful projects.
You will be supported by our marketing and operations teams so you can focus on building relationships and helping clients move confidently through their home-building or renovation journey.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Client Experience
- Respond to inquiries and conduct discovery calls and consultations.
- Qualify opportunities based on project goals, budget, timeline, and fit.
- Guide prospective clients through the Ever After process.
- Coordinate leadership meetings and present design agreements.
- Maintain consistent follow-up and build long-term client relationships.
CRM and Pipeline Management
- Manage leads and opportunities from initial inquiry through signed contract.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, tasks, and follow-up dates.
- Keep prospective clients engaged and provide weekly pipeline updates.
Marketing, Events, and Networking
- Support webinars, seminars, home shows, client events, and community networking.
- Contribute ideas for educational content and client resources.
- Represent Ever After professionally at events and industry gatherings.
Referral Development
- Build relationships with Realtors, mortgage brokers, designers, architects, and other professional partners.
- Maintain regular communication with referral sources.
- Help expand and strengthen the company's referral network.

Preferred Experience
Experience in sales, business development, account management, client advisory, or relationship-based selling is preferred.
Experience in any of the following industries is considered an asset:
- Custom home building or residential construction
- Renovations, architecture, or interior design
- Luxury real estate or new home sales
- Kitchen and bath design
- High-end retail
- Financial or professional services
Construction experience is not required. We can teach you our process. What matters most is your ability to build relationships, communicate clearly, stay organized, and genuinely help people.
