Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Insulator Assistant to support our Insulator in installing insulation materials across various projects. The ideal candidate will be reliable, able to lift and assist at the job site, safety-conscious, and eager to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience with insulation is a plus but not necessary.
Duties
- Assist with the installation of insulation materials like loading insulation bags into the machine
- Training provided to use certain tools if needed
- Support the team in handling and positioning insulation materials safely and efficiently
- Must be able to lift and load insulation bags (35lbs and above)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Assist with site set up and clean up
Requirements
- Prior experience with hand tools, or construction work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for candidates
- Must have a drivers license and own car to get to the site.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver insulation materials and tools throughout the workday
This is a contractual position and will be on-call basis, project durations vary. Some days will be 4 hours, some will be 8 and more. Please reach out to [email protected] if you have any questions.
