We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Dental Laboratory Technician to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our in-house prosthetic and restorative services through the fabrication, repair, adjustment, and maintenance of dentures and other removable and fixed dental appliances. We are looking for someone with proven hands-on experience who is confident working independently and is committed to precision, aesthetics, functionality, and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate, repair, reline, and adjust complete and partial dentures.
- Construct and finish removable implant retained and fixed implant prosthetic appliances in accordance with prescribed treatment plans.
- Perform denture setup, tooth arrangement, waxing, processing, finishing, and polishing.
- Utilize digital workflows, scans, and laboratory technology to produce accurate dental prosthetics.
- Evaluate fit, function, occlusion, and esthetics of completed appliances.
- Maintain accurate records of cases and laboratory work.
- Collaborate closely with dentists, denturists, and clinical team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain organized laboratory workflows and adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
- Support continuous improvement of in-house prosthetic quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experienced Dental Laboratory Technician.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in denture fabrication and dental laboratory procedures.
- Strong knowledge of complete and partial dentures, relines, repairs, and removable prosthetics.
- Experience with digital dental workflows and CAD/CAM systems is considered an asset.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple cases and deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
