We are currently seeking a Licensed Property Manager to join our team for a long-term opportunity. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, motivated, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Position Requirements:
- Valid Property Management License in British Columbia
- Minimum 2–3 years of real estate or property management experience
- Must know the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong problem-solving, consensus-building, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Excellent at de-escalation and handling challenging situations professionally
- Must be hardworking, reliable, and committed to quality work
- Comfortable handling tenant relations, maintenance coordination, inspections, and day-to-day property operations
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and late hours when required
- English is required; Mandarin, Cantonese, and Hindi are considered strong assets
Responsibilities Include:
- You will be given a portfolio of 50+ rental properties to start
- Managing residential and/or commercial properties
- Responding to tenant and owner inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and property inspections
- Handling move-ins, move-outs, and lease documentation
- Ensuring properties are well-maintained and operating efficiently
- Building positive relationships with tenants, owners, and contractors
