Now Hiring Bakery Retail Sales Associate
13th Street Winery was voted the #1 Winery in Ontario by the National Wine
Awards of Canada 2022 and is proudly celebrating 25 years of winemaking in
Niagara. We offer a variety of experiences from seated wine tastings and wine-by-
the-glass to educational wine seminars and casual seasonal outdoor dining at the
Farmhouse Bistro. We also host formal dining experiences and private receptions
and events.
Our team is looking for highly motivated and sales-focused individuals with a passion for wine and food
to help grow and expand our retail business.
Position: Bakery Retail Associate at 13th Street Winery
We are looking for a motivated team player who enjoys working with people in a fast pace retail
environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A heart for customer service, hospitality and a passion for sales
- Retail experience is required.
- Smart Serve certification and some wine knowledge
- Enthusiasm for wine and food
This role is best suited for an individual who thrives in a multi-tasking, fast-paced, customer service and
sales-driven environment. Bi-lingual is an advantage. This is a part-time position that entails working
Saturdays and Holidays. 24 to 30 hours per week over approximately four shifts per week.
Compensation:
Full-time and part-time positions with a competitive hourly rate
Physical requirements
- Continuous standing/walking for all tasks
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 20kg
