The Digital Marketing Manager is a critical role at Compugen that requires a detail-oriented HubSpotter with a passion for seeing projects through to completion and data governance. This role is responsible for executing and managing digital marketing initiatives within the HubSpot platform.
The Digital Marketing Manager plays a key role in ensuring digital campaigns are built accurately, launched on schedule, and optimized for performance while maintaining clean and organized CRM data within HubSpot to support business goals.
This position requires strong attention to detail, project management skills, understanding of HubSpot tools and best practices, and the ability to adhere to established processes while coordinating with internal teams.
The manager will need to be able to work on multiple projects and tactics simultaneously, take direction well, and while most projects or activities will require independent work, we are a collaborative team. The Digital Marketing Manager will need to be able to work effectively in both environments. This position operates in a hybrid environment and reports to the Marketing leadership team.
- Execute and manage all marketing and event campaigns, manage and update website pages, create workflows, and provide reporting and data analysis, along with other HubSpot activities as needed within HubSpot using established processes.

Ensure campaigns, events, and other projects are configured correctly and launched on time.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with internal teams for required assets including content, graphic elements, and other information to ensure project keep projects moving forward on time.
- Maintain and manage HubSpot CRM, CMS, Sales + Marketing Hubs for clean and accurate data through ongoing monitoring, updates and quality checks, including properties and lists.

Work within the ClickUp project management system to document and track activities, milestones, and project tactics

Understand and continue to learn HubSpot Hubs, and best practices, and be eager to take additional training, conduct research, find answers to solve problems, and bring recommendations to the team that the platform can help mitigate
- University degree or college diploma in business, marketing, or related field and a minimum of 4-6 years of experience with HubSpot Marketing + CRM and workflows

Experience building emails, landing pages, workflows, blogs, and web pages in HubSpot

Strong understanding of HubSpot campaign setup and marketing automation

Excellent project management and organizational skills

Experience maintaining CRM data quality and segmentation

Bilingual experience preferred

Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)

Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and with teams must be able to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and needs to meet deadlines.

Fast learner with the ability to troubleshoot challenges and bring new ideas and efficiencies to the table

Experience with project management tools like Click-up a plus

Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite a plus
