Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychotherapist to join our team. As a Psychotherapist, you will provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and families to help them overcome emotional and mental health challenges. Your role will involve assessing clients' needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions.
Languages: Urdu/Hindi, Arabic
Duties:
- Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' goals and needs
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address emotional and behavioral issues
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Provide crisis intervention when necessary
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in psychotherapy
Skills:
- Strong case management skills to effectively coordinate client care
- Proficient in data collection and analysis to inform treatment decisions
- Knowledge of special education principles and practices for working with diverse populations
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to mental health conditions
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care while maintaining professional boundaries
Qualifications: - Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field -
