Founded in 1836 in the heart of Quebec, Bishop’s College School
(BCS) is more than just an IB World School—it’s a vibrant,

between the rolling hills of the Eastern Townships and the dynamic
city of Sherbrooke, our picturesque campus offers a safe and inspiring
‘home away from home’ for students from over 35 countries.
At BCS, we believe in nurturing the whole student. Our rigorous yet

supporting our fundraising, alumni engagement, and stewardship efforts. This position is central
to ensuring the integrity of our data systems while helping deliver meaningful engagement with
alumni, families, and donors.

- Strengthen fundraising and donor engagement efforts

Your Mission
- Maintain and update donor and alumni database
- Enter and manage biographical and gift data
- Generate reports and lists
- Ensure data accuracy and perform cleanup
- Support gift processing and record-keeping
- Assist with annual campaigns and mailings
- Prepare acknowledgments and tax receipts
- Support prospect research and management
- Assist with donor recognition and communications
- Track engagement and stewardship activities
