Autostrada Oyster Bar & Grill is looking for experienced Servers and Bartenders to join our growing team.
Located along the beautiful Sea-to-Sky Highway, Autostrada offers a vibrant dining experience. We're passionate about fresh ingredients, handcrafted cocktails, exceptional wine, and creating memorable experiences for every guest.
We're looking for hospitality professionals who are energetic, team-oriented, and genuinely love taking care of people.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service.
- Build genuine connections with guests and create memorable dining experiences.
- Work collaboratively with both the front and back of house teams.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and supportive team culture.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous serving and/or bartending experience in a full-service restaurant.
- A passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Wine, cocktail, and food knowledge is considered an asset.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality.
- Valid Serving It Right certification.
