Production Associate | Manufacturing | Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm

We are currently hiring Production Associates to join a well-established manufacturing company in Mississauga. If you have experience in production, assembly line, machine operation, order picking, or any manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Previous assembly experience is an asset, but not required. Training will be provided for the specific job duties.
This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent opportunity for reliable individuals looking to build a long-term career.
Schedule
Morning Shift
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- 8-hour shifts
Pay Rate
- $17.60/hour
- Overtime paid after 44 hours/week
- 4% Vacation Pay paid weekly

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble small components following work instructions.
- Perform production and light assembly tasks.
- Use basic hand tools and equipment safely.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Meet daily production goals.
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures.

Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Skills & Qualifications
- Good attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with your hands.
- Able to stand for extended periods.

- Able to follow simple written and verbal work instructions.
- Legally authorized to work full-time in Canada.
Required Certifications
- Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps Certificate.
- Valid WHMIS Certificate (minimum 70% passing score).
- CSA-approved safety footwear.
