We are looking for an AZ/DZ driver with experience to join our team in the Van Bree Infrastructure Division, working out of our Warwick location and surrounding areas, preparing, securing and eventual delivery of equipment and/or materials to various sites.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow all company policy and procedures
- Follow assigned routes and schedules for timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Compliance with all traffic laws and MTO regulations and requirements.
- Regularly communicate with dispatch and the office
- Daily truck maintenance including end-of-day refueling, greasing, and washing as required including pre/post trip inspections
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Valid AZ/DZ driver's license with a clean driving record, and CVOR must be submitted with resume
Knowledge and Experience
- Must be 25 years of age or older with a minimum of 3 years’ AZ/DZ driving experience (insurance requirement).
- Familiarity with London, Sarnia, Goderich, Warwick township, and surrounding area
- Knowledge of aggregates and construction industry an asset
- Ability to safely load and unload materials using appropriate equipment
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
- Ability to follow assigned routes and schedules for efficient and timely delivery
- Attention to detail to maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Knowledge of truck weights, road limitations, and some mechanical aptitude
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience using a GPS
- Ability to speak, and write in English as well as basic math skills
- French not required
