Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in hotel or facility environments, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic space for guests and staff. Experience in hospitality, custodial work, or industrial cleaning is highly valued. Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards
- Change bed linens, replenish supplies, and ensure all areas are tidy and inviting
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and trash removal
- Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition
- Adhere to hotel or facility policies regarding sanitation and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality is preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
