Froese & Co. Building & Design is currently hiring Carpenters and Skilled Labourers for custom residential and commercial projects on Nova Scotia’s South Shore.
Current projects are located across the South Shore.
We are a growing construction company focused on quality craftsmanship, strong communication, and building a reliable long-term team.
Positions Available:
- Experienced Carpenter
- Carpenter Helper / Skilled Labourer

Compensation:
- Carpenters: approximately $30–40/hour depending on experience
- Skilled Labourers: approximately $24–30/hour depending on experience
- Travel allowance available depending on project location
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Construction experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Comfortable working outdoors and on active construction sites
