Job Summary
We are seeking female compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide personalized care and support to individuals in their own homes. This role involves assisting clients with daily activities, ensuring their safety, and promoting independence. The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to make a positive impact on others' lives and possess strong caregiving skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Be skilled in Enteral nutrition and G-tube use
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and family members, including children and individuals with disabilities
- Be skilled in Respiratory Support and suction
- Be well versed in 1PA transfers using Hoyer lift.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
- Support clients with mobility and transportation needs as required
- Engage clients in activities that promote mental stimulation, learning, and social interaction
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care
Requirements
- Prior experience in caregiving.
- Ability to work efficiently with Respiratory support devices.
- Ability to work efficiently with feeding tubes.
- Strong skills working with non-verbal communication.
- Strong skills in cleaning and maintaining a hygienic environment
- Experience working with children is a plus
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and adapt to individual client needs
- Valid CPR
- Valid background check and ability to pass any required screening processes
- Flexibility to work various shifts based on client needs

Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
