What You'll Do
- Lead and support a team of educators to deliver outstanding care and learning experiences.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where every child can reach their full potential.
- Build strong relationships with parents through open, honest, and professional communication.
- Confidently speak with families, staff, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, including enrolments, staffing, rosters, and administration.
- Ensure the centre meets all licensing, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Support children with diverse needs by promoting an inclusive and caring environment.
- Mentor, coach, and develop staff through ongoing training and leadership.
- Manage budgets, supplies, and centre resources efficiently.
- Foster a positive, supportive, and professional team culture.

- Experience in early childhood education and childcare.
- Previous leadership or management experience in a childcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of childcare licensing regulations and best practices.
