About Us:
Weissach is Canada’s largest independent Porsche specialist. With the exciting growth of our INEOS Grenadier division, we are expanding and looking for passionate, detail-oriented individuals to grow with us.
We’re currently hiring a Parts Advisor to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to establish a long-term career in the automotive industry in a collaborative, supportive, and high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily parts operations, including parts look-up, ordering, and inventory control
- Work directly with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely and accurate parts delivery
- Accurately estimate and quote parts for service and repair jobs
- Maintain knowledge of Porsche parts and accessories, with potential to support INEOS Grenadier product lines
- Assist with DMS usage for invoicing, parts allocation, and inventory tracking (PBS experience an asset)
- Support the service writing team as needed
- Participate in maintaining a well-organized, efficient, and customer-focused parts department
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a dealership parts department, European brand experinece is preferred.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations, service workflows, and inventory management
- Familiarity with PBS or other dealership management systems (DMS)
- Technically inclined with a genuine interest in high-performance vehicles
- High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
- Desire for career development within a growing and evolving business
- Team-first attitude and willingness to assist across departments when needed
