Duties
- Consult with clients to understand their hair styling preferences and desired outcomes
- Perform various hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
- Recommend suitable hair care products and maintenance routines tailored to individual needs
- Maintain a clean and organized work station in accordance with health and safety standards
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products through ongoing education
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and salon productivity
Experience
- Proven experience as a professional Hairdresser or stylist in a salon setting
- Proficiency in cutting, coloring, styling, and chemical treatments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide expert advice
- Knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and product lines is preferred
- Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for practicing cosmetology or hairstyling
- Ability to work well in a team environment while delivering personalized service that exceeds client expectations
Pay: $40.00-$200.00 per hour
