Our organization participates in civil and utility projects for both commercial and municipal customers from Metro Vancouver to Pemberton. Throughout the winter, our construction division also offers snow clearing and salting operations on the North Shore and in Whistler, providing all weather and year-round work. In addition, we also operate a large highway maintenance division with offices in Sechelt, Powell River, Squamish, Pemberton and Maple Ridge.
Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced pipe layer to join our construction division, supporting a range of civil works projects. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of civil construction practices and demonstrate the ability to work effectively as a part of a diverse team. Our project locations vary so your ability to commute to work sites across the lower mainland is vital.
Key Abilities
- Proven experience in installation of mainline storm, sanitary and watermains.
- Experience in watermain tie-in operations
- Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
- Capable of working in all weather conditions, with potential for long work hours
- Possession of a valid Class 5 Drivers License
