Shift work / evenings and weekends
- Operate and maintain steam boilers and refrigeration equipment
- Operate in accordance with the Provincial Boiler and Pressure Vessel Act
- Operate and maintain brine freezing, ice making and water chilling systems.
- Work in shifts with power engineering team
- Complete routine maintenance
- Maintain operating log book
- Coordinate Ice Making with plant management.
- Identify, develop and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
- Ensure that safety issues are reported to the supervisor and promptly remedied.
- Demonstrated commitment to safe working practices.
- Assist in any other maintenance task required to ensure that the processing plant is working in an optimum order.
