Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Manager to oversee property portfolios, coordinate transactions, and develop strategic growth initiatives. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee property listings, ensuring optimal presentation across digital channels such as WordPress and social media platforms.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies utilizing SEO, Facebook Advertising, Email Marketing, and Google AdWords to attract potential buyers or tenants.
- Conduct comprehensive research on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions.
- Coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and transactions with clients, ensuring smooth processes from inquiry to closing.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, website traffic, and lead generation metrics.
- Collaborate with product management teams to enhance online property listings and digital content using Adobe Creative Suite and HTML editing skills.
- Manage budgets for marketing campaigns and operational expenses efficiently while tracking ROI through analytics tools.
- Lead efforts in e-commerce strategies related to property sales or rentals, ensuring seamless online customer experiences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, market conditions, and emerging digital marketing trends relevant to real estate.
Experience
- Proven experience in real estate management or related fields such as digital marketing or e-commerce.
- Strong background in SEO, Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and email marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with product management principles within the real estate sector.
- Experience with WordPress website management, HTML coding basics, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
- Demonstrated ability in research, sales development, budgeting, and analytics-driven decision-making.
- Prior experience in marketing roles involving digital strategies for property or product promotion is highly desirable.
