As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Clinic Operations Manager to oversee clinic operations, support our teams, and help drive operational excellence across our locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple clinic locations
- Lead, support, and mentor administrative team members
- Ensure a consistently exceptional patient experience
- Oversee scheduling, billing, and administrative workflows
- Ensure compliance with ICBC, WSBC, extended health, and clinic policies
- Monitor clinic KPIs, operational performance, and service standards
- Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and clinic coverage
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Maintain inventory, clinic supplies, and facility standards
- Collaborate with clinic leadership on growth initiatives and operational planning
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented workplace culture
What We’re Looking For
- Previous management or leadership experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, wellness, fitness, or a service-based environment
- Strong organizational and operational management skills
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with JaneApp (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and locations effectively
- Detail-oriented with a focus on patient experience and operational excellence
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
