Location: Calgary, Alberta (Hybrid/In-Person Preferred)
Hours: 10–35 hours/week to start

We are looking for someone highly organized, proactive, and systems-minded to support ecommerce operations, advertising coordination, logistics, and light production work as we continue to grow.

Position Overview
The Ecommerce, Ads & Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce brands and manufacturing business. This role combines ecommerce coordination, logistics and fulfillment, digital advertising support, and light production assistance.
You will help ensure orders move smoothly, ads and promotions are managed consistently, inventory and logistics stay organized, and occasional production work is completed to support the team.
This is a hands-on role with growth potential as the company expands.
Key ResponsibilitiesEcommerce Operations
- Manage and monitor ecommerce orders across platforms
- Coordinate order fulfillment and shipping timelines
- Support Shopify, Amazon, Faire, and wholesale order workflows
- Ensure customer communication and tracking information are accurate
- Troubleshoot shipping or fulfillment issues
- Assist with inventory syncing and stock accuracy
- Monitor low inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs
Digital Advertising & Marketing Support
- Assist in managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google advertising campaigns
- Monitor ad performance and basic campaign metrics
- Support ad setup, promotions, and campaign coordination
- Help update product listings, promotions, and ecommerce content
- Coordinate marketing tasks across ecommerce platforms
- Assist with reporting and tracking campaign performance
- Work with leadership to test and improve customer acquisition strategies
Logistics & Fulfillment
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
- Schedule courier pickups and freight coordination
- Prepare shipping labels and shipping documentation
- Help optimize shipping systems and organization
- Support inventory flow between storage, production, and fulfillment
- Maintain fulfillment accuracy and SOP compliance
Light Production Support
- Assist with light production and packaging work as needed
- Support tea bag packing, labeling, product assembly, and fulfillment preparation
- Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and production readiness
- Support inventory counts and material organization
- Assist with quality checks and operational accuracy
Systems & Process Development
- Help build SOPs and scalable systems
- Improve workflows for ecommerce, logistics, and operations
- Track KPIs related to fulfillment, ads, inventory, and customer experience
- Identify inefficiencies and propose practical solutions
- Support implementation and maintenance of operational systems/software
Customer & Internal Communication
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding shipping and fulfillment questions
- Coordinate with production, sales, and leadership teams
- Help maintain a high level of customer experience and responsiveness
Qualifications
- Previous experience in ecommerce, logistics, operations, marketing, fulfillment, or administrative coordination preferred
- Comfortable learning and supporting digital advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify marketing tools)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and systems-minded
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, shipping platforms, or inventory systems is an asset
- Experience working with food, beverage, manufacturing, ecommerce, or CPG companies is considered an asset
- Comfortable helping with occasional hands-on production work
- Ability to work independently and proactively problem solve
