Convergence Nursing Services Alliance Inc. is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to join our team providing care in Long-Term Care (LTC) homes in Stouffville and Markham, Ontario.

- CA$38.00–CA$42.00 per hour
- T4A or Corporate Rate available
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, professional, and compassionate nursing care to residents.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards and physician orders.
- Assess residents' health status and report changes appropriately.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, RNs, PSWs, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Support residents and their families with respectful, person-centred care.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) license in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for long-term care.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
