We are looking for an ambitious self-motivated technician to grow with our company. As a technician, you will be responsible for performing all scheduled services as well as upselling customers on additional services. Each day will be different, as you will be performing a different service at different locations throughout the GTA everyday. You will be interacting with our customers and team members on a daily basis.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be organized, efficient, and have practical problem-solving skills. Your main focus should be customer satisfaction. - Exterior and Interior Window Cleaning
Requirements
- Experience in window cleaning or related field is preferred (but not necessary)
- 2+ Years of Ladder Experience
- Flexible Schedule
- MUST have a car (equipment will be provided)
Skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high quality work
- Strong communication skills (You will be communicating with clients, representing us)
Pay:
- $20/hr
- 100% of your tips
- Bonuses (~$15-$30 avg/day) - $10 per every review
