Buildon is a mid-sized architectural millwork and store fixture manufacturer located in Etobicoke. We specialize in commercial store fixtures, custom millwork, and residential cabinetry/fixtures.
We are looking for an experienced cabinet maker who can work from architectural and millwork shop drawings, both independently and as part of a team. The ideal applicant must be organized, reliable, and able to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in cabinet making or architectural millwork.
Duties include:
· Read and interpret sketches, blueprints, architectural drawings, and shop drawings.
· Determine specifications and calculate material requirements.
· Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join wood and wood products.
· Build custom cabinetry, mouldings, shelving, wall panels, counters, display cases, and other millwork items.
· Fit and install custom cabinetry, trim, store fixtures, and residential fixtures.
· Set up and operate saws and woodworking machines to cut, shape, and form parts.
· Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
· Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.
