Position Overview
This is a hybrid position that combines remote work with occasional in-person meetings and training in Regina. The role is part-time with flexible hours scheduled within the standard workday.
- 3-5 hours per day
- 5 days per week
- Flexible schedule within business operating hours
- Combination of remote work and in-person collaboration
Position begins May 2026 and runs through November 2026, with potential to return next spring.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client emails and phone inquiries professionally and promptly
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar
- Prepare and send quotes and invoices
- Follow up with clients regarding bookings and payments
- Maintain organized digital records and task lists
- Communicate clearly with field technicians and management
- Support daily operations as needed
Requirements
- Previous administrative, reception, or office experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Experience with CRM or scheduling software
- Must have reliable transportation for in-person meetings
- Must have a personal computer and cell phone
