Responsibilities
Assist with wood framing for residential and commercial projects
Read and follow basic construction plans (framing experience preferred)
Load, unload, and organize materials
Operate hand and power tools safely
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Work efficiently as part of a team
Perform general labor duties as needed
Qualifications
Framing or construction experience is an asset but not required
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Reliable transportation to job sites
Ability to lift 50 lbs (23 kg) or more and perform physical work throughout the day
Punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious
