Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential House Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional cleaning services to residential clients, ensuring their homes are spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, demonstrate reliability, and possess a strong work ethic. Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated spaces according to client specifications
- Restock supplies and ensure all cleaning tools and products are used safely and efficiently
- Follow established cleaning protocols to meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while interacting with clients in their homes
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments within designated timeframes
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for all new hires
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients
- Ability to lift light to moderate loads (up to 25 pounds) and stand for extended periods during shifts
- Reliable transportation is preferred for timely arrival at scheduled appointments
