AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS

This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Typical shifts range between 4–8 hours and may extend into late night hours.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a server or bartender role
- Ability to energize and motivate a team.
-
Excellent at socializing and love working with people.
-
Organized while working in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.

Knowledgeable about the products and services relevant to your role (e.g., drink recipes, guest services protocols).

1-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a bar/restaurant/hospitality setting is an asset.

Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.

Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and guide team members.

Adaptable to work effectively as a team member in an ever-changing environment.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

This role alternates between your regular scheduled shifts in your primary position and shifts dedicated solely to shift leading.

Ensure a high standard of product knowledge and service, both in food and beverage programs and in guest services.

Provide outstanding customer service, engaging with guests to enhance their experience and address any concerns.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during your shift, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.

Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the work area, maintaining a hygienic and inviting environment.

Work closely with your front-of-house and back-of-house teams to create the best guest experience possible.

Address any issues or conflicts that may arise during your shift, employing effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
COMPENSATION
-
$16.50 - $18.00 per hour + Gratuities
