Salon Assistant
We are seeking a Salon Assistant at the beginning of their career—someone driven, committed, and serious about growing within the industry.
This is an entry-level position designed for those who have completed a hair program and are ready to immerse themselves in a high-performance salon environment. Previous assisting experience is an asset, but not required for the right individual.
This role is built for growth. You will be exposed to advanced techniques across haircuts, balayage, extensions, and more—working alongside a team that prioritizes education at the highest level, including mentorship connected to DVColour and continued investment in technical training.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, outgoing, and highly engaged in their work. You are hands-on, detail-oriented, and communicate with ease—both with clients and within a team setting. Most importantly, you are coachable, quick to learn, and willing to put in the work required to develop your craft.
This position is designed as a pathway—offering the opportunity to evolve into a full-time commission stylist for those who demonstrate dedication and consistency.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
