Additional Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 supplemented by an Office Assistant Certificate, Administrative Professional Diploma or completed undergraduate degree. Five (5) years of experience in a senior administrative role within the last eight (8) years. An administrative assessment will be required as part of this recruitment process.
Preferred Qualifications:
Work experience within AHS/other healthcare environment. Advanced Excel skills (e.g., data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet creation). Experience with e-People, RMS, and other AHS administrative systems. Timekeeping and payroll experience is an asset. Creating/managing a workforce schedule in complex unionized environment is an asset.
