Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tables while maintaining professionalism. A minimum of 6 years of experience at a similar establishment is required.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met
- Manage multiple tables efficiently with effective time management skills
- Upsell menu items to increase sales and enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to uphold health regulations
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience
Requirements
- A minimum of six years of experience
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing purposes
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills in English and French
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality setting
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
