Job Overview
UBS is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Paint Dispenser / Warehouse Associate to join our Stucco Department. This role involves working with tinting equipment, preparing stucco products, and supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is physically capable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate technical equipment and software to dispense tint colorants
- Mix 5-gallon pails of stucco with colorant tint accurately
- Lift and handle heavy materials (60–80 lb pails and cement bags)
- Prepare, package, and organize customer orders
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete filing processes
- Provide excellent customer service while representing UBS professionally
- Assist with shipping preparation and general warehouse duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and yard
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (required)
- Experience in paint stores or paint dispensing (asset)
- Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
