WARREN TRUCK CENTER LTD. is looking for an experienced full-time Parts Manager to join our team! As a Parts Manager, you will be responsible for parts inventory processes.
This position is vital to the dealership in achieving parts sales and ensuring profitable operations of the parts department.
Responsibilities:
- must have data entry skills invoicing, crediting operating system knowledge as an asset
- Computer, Typing, email communications, parts research, managing spreadsheets
- able to lift 50 lbs
- Operate a forklift
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Place daily orders.
- Monitor D.I.O. to maintain stock levels.
- Manage all aspects of inventory (bin locations, obsolete parts, cycle counts and yearly inventory).
- Assist in budgets for Parts, must be being financially responsible.
- Review Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly Sales Targets
- Responsible for shipping/receiving ( Parts count in/out)
- Cores management and parts returns
- Maintain show room.
- Ensure all top notch customer service.
- Other duties assigned
