- Understand customer needs and recommend jewelry pieces accordingly
- Maintain product knowledge across our collections
- Keep displays organized and inventory secure
- Build lasting relationships with repeat customers
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Punjabi and English fluency preferred
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends
