Job Summary
We are currently hiring Class 1 Truck Drivers for our Lethbridge Milk Division.
Position requires Drivers to travel to farms in Southern Alberta, Ensure the milk is acceptable to receive, Load the milk, Deliver the milk to receiving plants.
Work Rotation will be:
Early morning start times around 4am but can change, depending on the rotation.
Days generally 10 to 13 hours per day
Our Ideal candidate will be detailed orientated, have a passion for driving and consider themselves professional and reliable. The candidate will be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting bulk milk to various receiving plants.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate trucks to transport goods and materials to various destinations
- Load and unload milk using appropriate equipment
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations and all company policies
- Maintain accurate driving logs and reports
- Communicate effectively and regularly with dispatchers and team members
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record (no major violations)
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in commercial driving or heavy equipment operation
-Knowledge and understanding of provincial and federal transportation regulations
- Able to work independently
- Basic Physical abilities to safely perform loading and unloading of cargo
- Ability to perform basic automotive repairs is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
