Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Manager - Operations to support the daily functions of our hospitality establishment. Duties
- Assist in overseeing daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction
- Support front-of-house activities, including guest check-in/check-out processes and resolving guest inquiries or concerns
- Manage cash handling procedures accurately and securely during transactions
- Supervise staff schedules, assign tasks, and provide training to ensure team members meet service standards
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall quality of the guest experience
- Monitor inventory levels for supplies and assist in ordering as needed
- Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Contribute to creating a welcoming environment that promotes positive guest interactions and repeat business
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or guest services roles preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required
