Nutana Bakery is looking for a friendly, reliable, and dedicated baker to join our team. As a baker with us you’ll play a key role in producing our daily stock and maintaining the high-quality standards our customers have loved since 1951.
Responsibilities
- Bake, decorate and package any cake, cupcake orders.
- Assist and support front of house staff when needed.
- Monitor inventory levels of baked goods.
- Complete a variety of prep work.
- Decorate donuts.
- Work independently and safely with bakery equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work station and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking ingredients and supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous cake decorating experience is required.
- Previous baking or professional kitchen experience is required.
- Strong organization skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay productive without supervision.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Positive energy, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Hours
- Sunday-Monday: Off
- Tuesday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
