Lobster Processor
Overview
We are currently seeking motivated and dependable Lobster Processors to join our team in a fast-paced seafood processing environment. This role involves preparing, processing, and packaging lobster products while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. Previous experience is preferred but not required — training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Process live or cooked lobsters as required
- Package lobster products while maintaining quality standards
- Operate processing and packaging equipment safely
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintain clean workstations and processing areas
- Assist with general plant operations and quality control
- Work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in seafood processing, packaging, manufacturing, or food production preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and reliability preferred
