Aosom Canada Inc. is an eCommerce company specializing in home goods and a wide range of consumer products. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated RMA Supervisor to lead our Returns (RMA) team at our Oshawa warehouse.
The RMA Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all return processing activities, ensuring efficient operations, maintaining quality standards, and leading a high performing team. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, hands on, and experienced in warehouse operations, product inspection, troubleshooting, and team management.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily RMA operations, including product returns, inspections, testing, repairs, and inventory disposition.
- Lead, coach, and develop the RMA team to ensure productivity, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
- Manage a team of 10+ employees, including scheduling, training, performance management, and employee development.
- Investigate returned products, identify root causes of defects or damages, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Quality teams to resolve return related issues.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper processing of returned products within the WMS system.
- Perform quality checks and ensure all RMA procedures are followed consistently.
- Assist with product assembly, troubleshooting, and basic repairs when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Prepare reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to returns processing.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a warehouse, returns, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
- Proven experience managing a team of 10 or more employees.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with WMS, ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and other warehouse related software.
- Experience with product assembly, troubleshooting, and basic mechanical repairs.
- Strong organizational, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced warehouse environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with inventory control and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- High school diploma required; post secondary education is considered an asset.
