Job Overview
We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Health Care Aide (HCA) to provide quality care and support to a client in NW Calgary.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about caregiving, patient-focused, and committed to improving the comfort, safety, and well-being of individuals requiring daily assistance.
This is a part-time position with consistent daily shifts.
Position Details
* Location: Willing to Travel NW Calgary
* Shift Duration: 2.5 hours everyday
* Employment Type: Part-Time
* Pay: $20 per hour
* Work Location: In person
Responsibilities
* Assist with personal care including grooming, dressing, mobility, and daily living activities
* Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
* Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties
* Monitor client well-being and report any concerns or changes in condition
* Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
* Support client independence while ensuring comfort and dignity
* Follow care plans and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
* Valid Health Care Aide (HCA) Certification required
* Current First Aid and CPR Certification required
* Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
* Must be able to travel to NW Calgary
* Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
* Experience working with seniors or individuals requiring personal care is an asset
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
* Ability to work independently and responsibly
